If the pregnancy has been confirmed as biochemical (where only beta hcg levels are borderline high and no pregnancy is seen on scan), repeat beta hcg in 48hrs. If falling or showing a plateau, then progesterone support (duphaston) will not help. If the levels are increasing, then you should continue progesterone and repeat scan in one week.
