Brown spots and wrinkled glans
2 months back I was detected with fungal infection and my foreskin cracked doctor prescribed me clotrimazole but not cured so after 15 day they prescribed beclomethasone and clotrimazole along with 1 tab of itriconazole for 10 days symptom relieved but slight pain in glan and problem reoccured so I used beclomethasone cream(SURFAZ SN)1 time 1month daily.
Now i have some brown spots on glans which is spreading and after exposing my glans it become dry and wrinkled and brown spot keep increasing.
I am very feared what to do?

It's genital candidiasis..it will improve with medicine.. for accurate diagnosis and treatment do online consultation

Stop using surfaz sn, it is not supposed to be used on penis. Please consult online for proper treatment

Please stop surfaz SN and avoid self medication. A steroid should not be used for so long and especially on the genitals. Your skin will need to recover from th3 side effect of the steroid
