Brown patch on chest
I have brown patch on my chest darker than my skin color. It started when I was around 10 with small circle and it has grown to a bigger circle. I am 27 now. My second problem is my skin around thumb nails gets harden and used to crack. This problem occurs in repetition...cracks and heals on its own. This problem also started in my childhood with left thumb and now it's started in my right thumb too. My third problem is I have scalp psoriasis. Are these problems related? I am most bothered the first one.

Your thumplb seems to be psoriasis only. Steroids creams and moisturisers can be used to control it. If you scalp has extensive lesions, tablets may also be necessary. The chest brown patch seems to be a kind of mole most likely Becker's nevus. That is harmless. Not related to psoriasis.
