My pregnancy of 21 days and today is seen brown discharge . What is this i confused what my period us start.

Hello,start tab Duphaston 10 mg 4 tab stat and then one tab twice a day for 30 days ,rest in bed and go for USG lower abdomin.

This is nothing.
You said that "pregnancy of 21 days".
I presume it means that you are overdue by 21 days. If that be so, please get a sonography of Lower abdomen done.
It will confirm pregnancy,
give exact duration,
confirm that it is alive,
and also confirm if there is any bleeding around the pregnancy sac.

Bleeding or spotting in pregnancy is not normal
Needs to be investigated
Get an ultrasound to check heart beat
Rest and progesterone support will help if cardiac activity is present
