Dear Practo User. Thanks for sending across your query. Persistent underarm odor may be due to bacterial overgrowth or bromhidrosis. Wash daily with antibacterial soap, use natural remedies like apple cider vinegar or diluted tea tree oil, and wear breathable cotton clothes. Avoid sharing clothes. If it persists, consult for topical antibiotic or antiperspirant treatment.
Next Steps
For further details you can consult with me in Dr. Monga medi clinic or consult me directly by taking a consultation on Practo.

Keep your underarms shaved and clean. After cleaning with the soap, apply a mixture of equal amount of soda bicarbonate powder, white vinegar and lemon juice once a day, you may find it useful.

Thank you for sharing — underarm odor can be frustrating, especially when it’s persistent. The condition you're describing sounds like bromhidrosis, which is a common issue caused by sweat + bacteria. Here’s how you can manage or reduce
Next Steps
Bathe twice a day in summer Shave underarms regularly (hair traps bacteria) Change clothes daily; avoid synthetic fabrics Use cotton innerwear and breathable clothes
Health Tips
If odor is sour, fishy, or persistent despite good hygiene May need a skin swab or check for fungal or bacterial infections consult for further help
