Broken spiral tibia
24yrs female with spiral fracture of broken tibia. 12weeks with NWB, treated with cast. Yesterday cast came off. The xray is taken yesterday before the cast removal. Doctor asked me for partial weight bearing after 15days.But as i can see the fracture is not healed fully. So i m concerned that if weight bearing will worsen it.

This is not a kind of fracture that should have been dealt.consefvatively. Although not much of callus is present, union can be judged clinically in your case. At 12 weeks you have not other option than to bear weight, in case failure occurs, operative management should be done with a nail/plate depending on patient's profile.
