Dental implants are the standard of care for the replacement of missing teeth the world over. There is no question of an alternative if all clinical parameters are fine. Bridges are invasive and need teeth to be reduced unnecessarily. This is against the principles of modern dentistry.
Next Steps
You are very young. You should find a good Implantologist in your place and let the orthodontist and Implantologist work on your case togeather.

Implant is the best option for replacement of teeth..no doubt about that. The only issue which patients have is that implants take longer times to finish and cost definitely more.
