Breathlessness, vomiting & Dizzines
My father is 57 years old,he runs a saloon. He is facing issue of breathlessness which walking fast or lifting something heavy. In the last 3-4 months 2 times he got sweat & vomiting happened. But he thinks it's due to sleep cycle or exgartion.
Please let me know what can be cause & any test needs to done so he can be fine.
He don't drink or smoke.

You need to do some test before
Lft with electrolytes
Cbc
Crp
Blood sugar
ECG
Monitor bp
Take one chest x ray pa view
If on the basis of these Investigation we can inference which organ is involved . Whether this problem is due to heart ,kidney or lungs ? So on the basis of this we can prescribe you medicine

You have to do blood test(CBC LFT RFT Lipid profile) ECG and chest Xray to know what is the problem..And want to know your father’s vitals (BP pulse ) Then only can diagnose the problem
