Breathlessness
I experience breathlessness climbing even just one or two floors. I am healthy otherwise and active. But of late have had a severe infection where I was coughingout a lot of yellow green phlegm. This was going on for nearly a week during which I would experience asthma like gasp of breath and would use the Inhaler to relieve it. Strangely, there was no full blown asthma attack in all this , which would normally be the case. An Ayurvedic doctor told me I've very shallow breath intake and my lung capacity is therefore very low. Is there something I can do about this?
