Breathlessness
Hello Dr, From past few days I'm hvg breathlessness. There is some heaviness in my chest. Its more during  the mornings nd night. Sometimes I cant sleep at night nd then I inhale some camphor in a handkerchief nd feel better at times but not always. I even consulted a chest physician nd he prescribed some acidity syrup nd allegra 120. Felt better for few days but again the same issue. Whats the actual reason nd what shld I do to come out of this ?

You are suffering from asthma .ICS+laba(eg foracort or budamate) inhalation over prolonged period will give you relief from cough and breathlessness.
Next Steps
lung function test to be done after stopping inhalers for 48 hours for verification
