Breathlessness due to dust and pollen
Week back  I had asthma attack Medicine means out after 3 to 4 hr I was on Airtec fb RC 400     101 Levolin rc 1111 Defzocort 30 for 3 days Defzocort 12 for 3 days Defzocort 6 for 3 days Deriphylline Od 300 I feel comfortable for 3to 4 hrs then I need to taken Levolin, mucus is secretions is thick white,heavier at back side,sometimes I get panic when breathlessness  ,more than week  over Weight  gained due to taking steroids How to improve lung function  capacity, mouth dryness, how to reduce  weight, what are lung  exercises  to be done,how to handle  asthma attacks while travelling in public  transport Will immuno therapy help Any vaccine to protect from asthma attacks
