Can chronic anxiety cause all time minor breathing difficulty or breathlessness I have sever anxiety issue and feel breathlessness all time when I talk to doctor and they tells you have nothing so I feel comfortable and proper breathing

Hello, anxiety can definitely cause difficulties in breathing and other symptoms such as palpitations, tremors, giddiness, tingling and numbness. Just because your physical examination is normal does not mean you are not having a problem. Anxiety is a lot subjective and the person experiencing it only knows how distressing it can be. Do consult a psychiatrist for further management.
