Breathlessness and fast heartbeat

Question

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I get up suddenly at night while sleeping and jump off the bed with feeling of breathlessness. Unable to breath through nose and with increasing high heart beats. It gets normal in 5-10 seconds and I am able to breathe and slowly heart rate also comes down. It is not frequent, Last time happened 2 month back and again yesterday night same happened. Please guide.
