Breathing pushing
Dear sir My age 30 sudden since morning as I observed my breathing was pushing from mouth .while my mouth was closed at that time . What is reason am pushing breathing my mouth also is it good or bad sign pls tell . I don't have any other sympton.. pls tell tips to get full and proper breath at home remedies or some excericise

can be anxiety only or can be acid reflux problem.. not a bad sign, sometimes happen when you take too much stress.. consult a pulmonologist online for evaluation and management!
