Breathing problems and tonque fwisting

Sir,my wife is suffering from breathing problem,headache and tongue is twisting as after chocolates eating. Doctor is asking for surgery.

Since when is she facing problem? If its recurrent after taking medicines than surgery should be done. Her CTSCAN doesnt look too bad but sometimes just operating mild septum and concha bullosa as per CTscan will cure her symptoms
