Breathing problem, severe cough
CT scan report: multifocal areas of centrilobular nodules some of them showing tree in bud appearance seen in the anterior segment of the bilateral upper lobes, right middle lobe medial segment, superior segment of the right lower lobe and minimally in the left lower lobe. Associated mild bronchiectasis seen. some of the nodule shows conglomeration forming nodular opacities. few small discrete mediastinal lymphnodes seen.
