Breathing problem
Iam suffering with allergic rhinitis and  mild dns from last year doc gave me some medicines iam not taking any medicines..when ever I feel congested I take steam and jal neti I will get some relief...but from August on wards iam feeling an urge to take deep breaths and some chest congestion.

Please visit an ENT to get your nose and throat checked to confirm whether it is allergic rhinitis or not. Also since you have chest discomfort you must see a chest physician to rule out any other pathology. Once the picture is clear, appropriate medication can be started.

You aRe previously diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and now post august have symptoms of chest congestion This could be one of the allergic potential expressed in the lower airways I wOuld suggest running and breathing exercises
