The pain could be due to soft tissue injury due to injuriey If he has breathing difficulty and his oximetry is low he shoud see his doctor

His pain might be due to pressure injury.
Give zerodol-SP bd for 2-3days.
But in first instance go for chest X-ray to rule out any lung injury.
If x-ray is normal go with above treatment
