Hello Sir, Difficulty in breathing is common due to blocked sinuses during cold and cough. You can try steam inhalation twice a day which releases the sinuses and you will be better.

You have cold and cough, but the question is incomplete,as you didnot mention whether thick sputum comes out or not during cough. You should also mention exact duration of cough. So,you may take steam inhalation with solvin vapocap 3times daily for 5days. Syrup Ascoril-LS 2tsf twice daily after food for 10days,if you have sputum with cough. And if you donot have sputum with cough, than take syrup Grilinctus 2tsf twice daily after food for 10days. If cough is more than 2wks,than sputum for AFB x 2 sample on consecutive days must be tested ( 1st sample spot test, 2nd sample should be early morning sputum sample) along with chest x ray (pa view). Take care. Review again for further assessment,if cough persists, even after taking medicines.
