Swelling and bleeding in gums can sometimes be due to infection or gum disease, but since you are also having trouble breathing, this can be serious and needs urgent attention. Please do not delay. I strongly advise you to visit the nearest emergency department or dental hospital immediately to rule out any severe infection or allergic reaction. In the meantime, avoid pressing or scratching the gums and try to stay upright. Your safety is most important.

Hello, gum swelling and bleeding suggest infection, but since you also have breathing difficulty, please seek emergency care immediately. Do not delay, as airway involvement can be serious.
