Hi The obstruction feeling in the mouth may be the result of dryness of mouth. Is there any cough, fever or loss of weight? When do you feel the palpitation? Is it after exertion? What kind of breathing?? If you have just recovering from dengue, you may be generally feeling weak. Eat good, balanced food. If you can give details, we can help you
