As per your history your problem is probably related to your upper airways and not the lungs. Your nose dryness can aggravate especially in the present humid climate. It’s important to identify the cause of your dryness and just taking nasal drops such as Otrivin won’t benefit you. Hydrate yourself and have atleast 4 to 5 liters of water everyday to prevent excess dryness of your nose. Avoid exposure to dust and humid climate and you will probably need anti inflammatory nasal spray rather than nasal decongestants such as otrivin. It’s better to get evaluated by an ENT specialist so that they can examine your nose and give an exact reason for your problem.

Hi It seems you have airway disease. For that you need to consult a pulmonologist. You need to do a pulmonary function test and allergy test. According to that you need inhalers .
