Breathing difficulty
Many a times I face some breathing difficulty issue, which settles but reappear PFT- Normal CT scan - Normal No cough, No wheezing, No pain, No runny nose Spo2- 97-98% (Same after 6 min walk test also) What can be the reason for the same?

Asthma is still possible.  Diagnosis depends on further details like allergy history, time of breathlessness ,weight , relationship with sleep,food etc.  Consult a Pulmonologist

Need a detailed history ..can't rule out pulmonary issues better consult a pulmonolgist..

Reactive airways are often symptomatic but can have normal Pft and CT scan. Do not do anymore testing. Lifestyle changes are enough.

An asthmatic can have all these tests normal. Diagnosis is only by history. There are other causes which would require a detailed history and examination and possibly tests.
