Ive been facing difficulty in breathing, tightness of chest and wheezing sound at night when i visit my home. This lead to irregular breathing cycles which does not let me sleep at night.
This problem vanishes when i go to my hostel and i dont not face any problem at night there and experience a sound sleep.
I consulted at clinic where doc told me that its basically due to some pollen or allegen that is making this allergy which is causing swelling in my airways. The situations comes back to normal in the morning automatically. When i surfed through internet it showed me the case of noctural asthama.
Kindly guide me what should be done next to tackle this issue.??
I usually stay at hostel when i am completely normal but when on weekends attend my home, i face this issue.
PS: I have tonsils and usually suffer from cold(blocked nose) in the morning but that haopens for 1-2hrs after waking up,and then it gets cleared on its own.
