Common allergies like dust cause Sinus infection that can cause your symptoms. Deep breathing helps to ventilate the sinus and increase air flow to lungs. There is nothing to worry ✌ Anxiety exacerbates your symptoms and hence you have done multiple tests, which in the absence of covid, you would never have done. So both pulmonologists are right.
Next Steps
deep breathing and steaming  thrice a day. avoid exposure to dust/air pollution/scents.
