Dear , don't worry. Yawning comes bacause of inadequate sleep , boring subject , heavy food intake , lots of other reasons. So u should have adquate sleep , have little less food not full stomach , plenty of water. Do , excercise , yoga and Pranayama wl help u in breathing , do breathing excercise too
