My baby is not latching properly on my breast.i am currently using lactare tablets to increase my milk supply but the milk which is in my breast is not removed due to baby is not feeding on my breast.will tablet is helpful even though milk is not removed from my breast? I mean will my milk supply increase? Because I heard without removal of milk milk is not produced

Yes, u can to express the milk otherwise there is chance the breast gets engorged leading to abscess formation... Use a manual or an electric breast pump and express all the milk.. before expressing use hot fomentation for atleast half n hour and then express... If u have lot of pain u can take any analgesic before pumping... Lactare likely increases milk supply but before that u have to remove milk from both breasts

Use breast pum to remove the milk or manual/ hand milk expression. Milk has to be pumped out to increase its production. If breasts are not getting emptied then lactare tablets won't be of any help. As the body will think there is no demand

You can use a breast pump to express the milk which is already accumulated This medicine will increase the milk production
