My baby is 6 months.For much time i have to wait to breastfeed my baby after taking chlordiazepoxide? M not taking it regularly this was the first dose

In low doses nothing to worry but other better drugs are available for same purpose so consult psychiatrist for that.

Change ur drug...dont give BF if possible while on these drug...

Introduce solids and be less dependent on milk. you can start formula feeds if changing drug is not an option.

Better to avoid as its a sedative drug.. ask your physician who prescribed it regarding changing dose or alternative drug. If not at all possible you can go for formula milk as baby is already 6 months old.
