Breastfeeding in sidelying- safe or not
Can I breastfeed my one month old baby in side lying position. I had c sec. Elders say it can cause infection in baby ear and thus position is not good for first 1.5-2 months. Please advise if it is safe or not as I feel relief from too much sitting and feel relived in feeding baby while lying down.

Yes ma u can.. 1.Place your baby on their back in the middle of the floor or on a large bed. 2.Lie down next to your baby, with your stomach lined up near baby’s head.  3.Slide your little one up so their nose is level with your nipple and your arm is above their head.  4.position baby so their ear, shoulder, and hip are in one line.  5.If needed, use the arm not resting on the bed to shape your breast and guide it into your baby’s mouth.
