Does periods after one month of delivery effect breast milk. Mine has been reduced with time and now periods started. Can i still start medicine for milk production ?

No it does not effect the breast milk  in any way. You can continue the galactologues You are taking  to increase the milk supply.
Next Steps
since your periods have resumed .. Consider the use  of contraception .

exclusively breastfeed your baby atleast for a minimum of  6months.
