Breast tissue
My one breast feel different from the another.. there is no any visible lump on skin but the tissue is thicker and feels like a small ball...means I can take it in my palm... is it just breast tissue or tumor...please guide

It.might.be dense breast on one side which is common. However if u are still suspicious go for a clinical examination by a medical oncologist.

BIRADS 3 lesions usually need a followup imaging after an interval. In case you are anxious, you may opt for a biopsy. Please consult for further advise
