Breast heaviness happens around ovulation and 1 week before periods. For some people it continues from ovulation till you get your periods. It is normal. Take vitamin e capsules once daiky for 1 month. You can also take cod liver oil capsules. Kindly examine your breast and see if there is any mass or lump. If so consult a gynecologist.
