  4. Breast pain that comes and goes. Cancer?

Breast pain that comes and goes
From the last 4days i am felling pain in my right brest(near collarbone)region and the pain spreads into lower portion near nipple of right breast..i cannot feel any lump,but my collarbone region (right side)is hard and slight swollen.. my period date is 28th ..what is it doctor??should i need to worry about it?is it indicates cancer?
