Breast pain
I have breast pain in one point in my right breast. Its paining like hell. And pain also radiates to my back.. there is no lump. Whats that.. my period is on tommorow.. but my breast painining so hard just like a stabbing pain.. whats that.. i am just 22

Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area. The pain which is described as "paining like hell",
"stabbing pain" etc etc, should have a reason. It could be an infection . The lumps don't become painful overnight.
A physical examination will help in proper diagnosis and management.
