Breast is mass of fat tissue so I m not sure whether u feeling lump or normal breast tissue.
1 first be sure u have lump or no....
2. if u are feeding or recently have stopped feeding chances are more u might have developed milk duct engorgement
3.If u have following symptoms go for FNAC
Redness of breast
Pain in breast
Change in nipple
Any blood or pus discharge from breast
Foul smell from breast
Change in size of one of breast either small or large.

Since how long is this?..how many lumps?..r they increasing in size?...r they moving if touched with ur fingers or fixed at one place?...pain? ..any nipple discharge?...any change of size with periods?lactation history?...all these needs to be discussed...but generally breast lumps at an young age that are moving , painless r harmless...
