Breast pain
Hi,
I have stopped wearing bra from last 2 weeks as I was at home 24*7.
But i noticed that my breast is paining a little on the upper outer side on both right and left side.
This all is happening after my mensuration
It's not cyclical pain.
Is it happening because I have stopped wearing a bra. Or what else
Please let me know

It is due to not wearing bra. Which don't have sagging of breast. And hence pain is there. So wear good supportive bra.

Maybe some muscular pain , still bothers you then get one Mammography done
