Breast milk not coming

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I am not getting breast milk. Please suggest how can I improve breast milk. I need to depend on formula milk for my 2 months 15 days daughter and she feeds only 300 ml milk for a day. And weight gain is less. Green potty.urine output is good.

Hello You can take lot of fluids and give breast milk for more hours, you will definitely get enough milk for your child. You can give kangroo care for your child so that you will get good amount of milk, there will be better bonding between your kid and you, your child will be more comfortable. Thank you.
