Breast lump
I have lumps in both breasts for last 12 years and i am now 26.i have done breast ultrasound and found nothing but the doctor said for mammography test. is it necessary to do mammography test. my lump (gilti) has not increased yet.

Yes...considering your history it may be due to mastitis,sebaceous cyst,fibroadenoma,malignancy,abscess...etc....so detailed clinical examination and evaluation is needed...you may also require Investigations like ultrasound, mammogram etc...Consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.
