what"s her age? pain with lump in breast tissue generally can be due to fibroadenoma ,pre-mensrrual tension or Abscess. Get it checked with a gynaecologist first to avoid delay in diagnosis...initially u can show to family doctor too who can guide u..proper medication nd hot or cold fomentation depending on status will surely help..regards..

Kindly visit a general surgeon so that the lump can be assessed and undergo the necessary investigations such as mammography, BRCA1&2, FNAC to know the character of the lump(benign or malignant) on the breast so that it can be treated accordingly.
