Hello doctor Iam having 7 and half month old baby.Till now Iam breast feeding my baby.INow milk quantity is reduced for me.Taking jeera boiled in water in empty stomach or fenugreek soaked over night will improve my breast milk even when the baby is 7 and half month old? Y
