Hello, I am (23F). I have a big cystic acne type thing in my underarms. Usually it's painless but sometimes it gets bigger and then it forms a yellow pimple like like thing and ejects puss. I always have a hard cystic like thing beneath my underarms. I have also encountered some nipple ejection. Like the liquid is same like puss. I am very scared. Is It like early sign of a breast cancer?
