I have been experiencing breakouts and pimples
from last 10 days ..coming and going ..every alternative day there is a pimple.. there has been no change in diet . I do follow ayurveda to some extent have been using herb name ashwaghanda from last 3 or 4 months.. but there was no problem in winters or anything..
What can be the reason..i sleep well , no digestive issues..yes i have been not able to use my medicated facewash name derma wash because of the lockdown and have been using some random patanjali facewash..can that be reason..pls suggest ..i don't use any medication .
Can it because of the summer ..my skin is oily
