My toddler is 19 months old. I want to know that what should be the ideal time to give him breakfast in the morning. As he wakes up around 9 am and and eats breakfast at 9:30 am. He sleeps after 11:30 pm in d night and keeps waking up till the morning for milk. Though, he never completes a full bottle milk in d night.

Give breakfast within a hour he wakes up.
Give a calorie dense food at 5-6 pm and give light tiffin 1-2 times before going to bed.
Avoid all electronic gadgets from 6-8 pm and put him to sleep by 8-9 pm.

According to me stop milk from 8amto8pm and give semisolid diet like Dal,dalia,khicdi alu kela rice,apple,upama,halwa,patolia,rab,kadi idle poha satu custard etc and from 80pmto8am give mother milk is preferable if not give top milk Withoutwater and add sugar as per your taste.
For your knowledge 100ml milk gives 70calories of energy 100ml juices give 55calories of energy and 100gm of semisolid diet gives 350calories of energy.
Avoid roti chapatis bread and biscuits.
At night feed on demand.
Try to increase calories in day.
Avoid baby sleeping in day between 1pmto5pm.
