Brain weakness,sleep problems,headache
Have been dealing with the following problems(everyday /wholeday) since 4-5 years- -> Insomnia(no natural sleep ,hv to do 5 min meditation to sleep) -> Not feeling refrehed/energy after waking up -> feeling weakness in brain ->normal sleep 8-9 hrs ->feeling pressure above and around head Following are the problems apart from above problems -- if sleeping hours are less than 7 hrs or if sleep is interrupted. ->extreme headache ->body weakness/fatigue ->Respiration problem ->concentration lost/irritation ->continues whole day till i sleep next time (Also i dream in excess.....It seems I dream each & every second i sleep,even in 20 min sleep i dream whole 20 min)
