Brain TB & hypocalcemia
Dear Sir, My mother is suffering with the multiple health issue & details are as under. 1. she is diabetic & bp patient. (sugar lvl is range of 150 to 300) 2. in month of July she has mild memory loss issue and doctor has suggest us to conduct Brain MRI test wherein findings shown in test as multiple well defined rounded focal lesions with peripheral intense rim enhancement noted involving pons right cerebellar hemisphere. largest lesion measure 10x10 in size. after seeing the report our doctor has inform us there is a symptoms of brian tuberculosis. we have gone through various test like a. genexpert wherein report shows genotype detection - M turberculosis not detected, b. M. Tuberculosis PCR report shown mycobateria not detected 4. Now at present my mother is admitted in hosppital and reports stating that her iodised Calcuim is higer sider and his PTH is also higher side which may related with hypocalcemia disease.
