Brain stroke, followed by paralysis
My father suffered brain stroke, followed by left side paralysis 2 years back. There is a large infarct in right MCA area of the brain. Physiotherpy is on from day 1, along with treatment from neurologist. Now the problem is, recovery / movement in left arm is very less. Also, there is a lot of muscle spasticity / tightness. Kindly advice.

Hello Sir, Panchakarma gives amazing results in such cases, but if there is any difficulty in taking the patient to panchakarma centre, then these simple things can be done. 1. Aampachak Vati 1-2tab twice a day. 2. Ekangveer Ras (एकांगवीर रस) 1 tab twice a day  3. Nasya- with Bacha tail- at bed time You can give this treatment for 15 days. Avoid anything which is sour like pickle, curd etc. And avoid bakery products. Give me feedback after 15 days. My regards to your father and wish him an early recovery...!
