Brain fog,Insomnia and memory problems
Hi, I have been suffering from brain fog , insomnia and forgetfulness for more than 6 months.I suddenly started having throbbing headache in the back of the head and left temporal region of head.I had consulted doctors.I had MRI of brain.Result was normal.Blood test for thyroid, CBC, vitamin B and D were done. Reports were okay except that vitamin D deficiency was found.Doctor gave me antidepressants and Vit D med and told me I am having anxiety problem. But,the sleep problem has not gone.I still feel difficult to concentrate and exercise my brain. It feels like my brain has shrunk which once had dense mass.I'm also having memory problems like forgetting when I am doing what, and extreme lack of libido. What should I do?
