scalp hematoma is basically a blood clot outside the brain tissue which is lodged in the skin over your skull. It is commonly harmless. if you have any other symptoms like vomitting sensation, giddiness, blurring of vision , muscle weakness, loss of balance then you have to seek medical attention

Hi.., no need to worry if clinically all okay. Take proper medicine from neurologist or M.D. medicine doctor for resolving hematoma. Take proper care of your skin cut at scalp to avoid any infections
