Hi , as an emergency measure try using wax there. However for long lasting solution to the problem you must visit your orthodontist who will make the necessary adjustments. All the best.

Whenever you visit your orthodontist, make sure no part of the appliance (braces) is loose or protruding/hurting you. If there are any issues get it addressed then & there.
