Initially you may feel a little bit discomfort but slowly you will be use to it. With braces you should focus more on oral hygiene. Use soft bristle tooth brush, don't brush too hard, don't eat sticky food, use mouthwash. Rest you can do anything.

Do not brush too hard , use soft bristle brush for maintaining good oral hygiene and to protect the braces to come out or break due to hard brushing. In starting you will feel a little diffrent and more conscious about it but later you will get used to it.
